CRB Disclosures

In order to work within the NHS all doctors must have a valid Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure or CRB. However if you are working as a locum doctor through a Framework Agency like ourselves you must ensure that your current Disclosure is through our agency and that we are acting as the Umbrella body under Buying Solutions Guidelines. The CRB must be updated on an annual basis and our compliance team will issue you with a form on registration with the agency. As a preferred supplier to the NHS and as one of the leading Medical locum agencies we are always trying to make our compliance procedures are as swift as possible for our doctors. As a result we now have two ways in which our doctors can apply for CRBs; the standard method or the express method. Both of these methods produce an Enhanced Disclosure (PoVA & PoCA checked); however the express method means that your Disclosure will be fast-tracked with an average turnaround of 10days.
