to provide a reference.
In the past two years our working relationship with the Agency has blossomed and
I am extremely pleased that The A&E Agency were given the SLA contract this year
in February 2010. They now provide a full 24 hour, 7 day a week service and have
always been a reliable and consistent provider for our departmental locum needs.
My main contact whom I speak with constantly on a day to day basis. I cannot

Their staff are always efficient yet personable and approachable, who will often
go out of their way to be of any assistance.
They have a wide range of hospital contacts throughout the country and have
a highly successful booking rate. The company works extremely smoothly from booking,
billing and payment. Payment through either PAYE or limited company occurs promptly
and without problem.

I have been working with the A&E Agency since 2006 and with its Directors since
early 2005 when they were employed by other medical agencies. I have always found
them to be a well run organisation. They have extremely well trained, efficient
and friendly staff.
They have provided plentiful employment opportunities with their many clients throughout
the country and always ensure that the finest details are taken care of. Their booking
and payroll processes are extremely efficient and I have never had cause for complaint
about this company in any sense.

I am the AA&E Administration Manager
for Pennine Acute NHS Trust and manage four A&E Departments within that Trust
and am responsible for the administration staff on each site. The Trust includes
Rochdale Infirmary, Royal Oldham, North Manchester & Fairfield General Hospitals.
The secretarial staff in each Unit manage the 24/7 rota for medical staff of all
disciplines.
I have worked with the A&E Agency’s staff from its birth nearly 12 months ago
but have worked with the Directors and staff when they were employed by other Recruitment
Agencies.
Because of the nature of the A&E work time is of the essence and dead lines
are very tight when shifts needs covering. I have always found the A&E Agency
to be the agency of choice when needing to cover shifts at short notice. They are
always helpful, courteous and reliable. They understand the skills needed for the
discipline of Doctor and always work well to tight time schedules. The support this
Agency and staff give us helps to keep our busy A&E Units at a safe level of
staffing.
Their support is offered with good humour, reliability and professional knowledge
and understanding of the A&E discipline. Their staff always arrive for shifts
and shifts are never uncovered. The Agency keep us informed at all times whilst
looking for a Doctor and never leave at the end of a day without us knowing what
will be happening.
