“There are many locum agencies on the market and either you join them on recommendation or it is just trial and error. I can't even remember how I got to register with A&E Agency but have now been with them for almost 3 years and I still plan on working with them. For example once I reached hospital to do the shift and somehow there was another doctor from different agency reached to cover the same shift. It was weekend and my consultant was off duty but he attended my call on his personal number and promptly resolved the issue by coordinating on call agency consultant as well as hospital team.

Shift availabilities, confirmations, rates and payments have never troubled me. A&E Agency is really very efficient in sorting all these issues and extremely reliable. They chase everything and keep me updated.
