Job Description

Are you a doctor looking to take your first step into a rewarding career in clinical research?

Are you a research physician looking to advance your career at a leading global clinical research organisation?

Are you a junior doctor wanting to take a break from training with a great learning opportunity, competitive salary and weekends off?

Over the last 18 months, we have been working with several of the leading clinical research organisations in the world to match them to a high number of qualified doctors throughout the UK to support critical research studies.

Initially, the trials were all surrounding the research needed into the global vaccination efforts but now the work is diversifying to include a more diverse portfolio of interesting studies helping to advance healthcare opportunities for patients globally.

Some of the therapy areas include hypertension, chronic cough, diabetic nerve pain, COPD, RSV, Eczema, diabetes, heart failure and COVID-19. Each clinical research organisation focuses on a particular aspect of clinical research; therefore, we have research centres that focus on early phase/phase 1 studies and others that focus on late-phase trials.

We currently have roles available with several organisations each with requirements for doctors varying in levels of clinical experience. We have a selection of full-time Monday to Friday jobs and some part-time opportunities for those who are wanting to gain experience in clinical research or earn some extra money flexibly alongside other commitments.

*None of these clinical research organisations are able to facilitate visas at this time - all doctors must have a right to work in the UK*

The requirements are as follows:

Doctor with no previous clinical research experience but a minimum of 4 years post-graduate experience:

  • Blackpool
  • Leeds
  • Barnsley
  • Cardiff
  • London

Previous Research Physician experience required:

  • Manchester
  • Blackpool
  • Leeds
  • Barnsley
  • Winchester (part-time)
  • London (part-time)
  • Bristol
  • Cardiff

PI experience required:

  • Wirral
  • Birmingham
