They're seeking a motivated and dedicated consultant who can help them maintain a consistent emphasis on providing high-quality service and performance. The team wants to raise the service's CQC rating from good to exceptional, so they're searching for a consultant who can help them achieve their vision.
You will be work alongside the existing team to provide comprehensive service provision. You duties will also include delivery of a number of wards rounds on our acute medicine units and also provision of same day emergency care. In addition to the attendance at the weekly MDT ward round, participation in the student teaching rota, administrative duties associated with the care of his/her patients, participation in the running of the department in collaboration with consultant colleagues, seeing ward referrals, communicating with local practitioners, supporting nursing and other AHP members of the team.
What You'll Need:
- Member or Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians. (or Equivalent)
- CCT or equivalent, or within 6 months of AAC date
- On Specialist Register with GMC and continue to hold a license to practice.
