The population of England is expected to grow by 4.4 million and the number of people over the age of 85 by 0.3 million between 2014 and 2024. Over the last 30 years the number of hospital beds has halved and despite this up to 50% of beds are occupied by patients who could be cared for in the community.
Do you want to be part of a trust who have a clear vision to create healthier and happier communities?
