We are opening applications for a Consultant in General Medicine to join a friendly and enthusiastic team at an NHS trust in Carlisle. This trust is an integrated care organisation which means they work side by side with partners and the wider community to become a part of and embedded in the local community.

Integrated care has become a worldwide trend for health care reforms and health providers are focusing on more coordinated and integrated forms of care provision. This means that all care is planned, and teams work together to understand the service users, puts them in control and coordinate and delivers services to achieve the best possible outcome.

What are the requirements?

The trust has asked that the right candidate has the following:

  • MRCP/FRCP
  • General medicine experience
