Are you a dedicated and experienced Consultant in Stroke seeking a fulfilling career opportunity in the heart of Yorkshire? Look no further! A&E Agency is thrilled to present a fantastic full-time permanent position for a Consultant in Stroke.

As a Consultant in Stroke, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in the bustling medical environment of West Yorkshire. This position offers not only a great salary but also an opportunity to make a real impact in the field.

You will collaborate with a dedicated team of junior doctors in General Medicine and Elderly Medicine, working on full shift rotas. The Hospital ensures comprehensive coverage during night shifts, including of an SpR and two junior doctors.

 

To be eligible for this position, you must:

  • Have a license to practice with the General Medical Council
  • Possess an appropriate higher qualification
  • Have substantive NHS experience

The Consultant in Stroke will participate in a 1:7 on-call rotation, sharing a rota for thrombolysis and nights on-call with other consultants in the department.
