REGISTRAR IN GASTROENTEROLOGY- SOUTH EAST
A&E Agency is delighted to share with you a Substantive /Fixed Term opportunity for a Registrar within Gastroenterology based in South East of England. The salary band is £30,605- £48,123 plus 50% banding.
The trust is one of the biggest acute hospitals in South east and offers an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join a team of Gastroentrology physicians who deliver high quality and effective clinical care. The trust has a strong track record in the provision of safe and high quality care. Among its many excellent services are an outstanding trauma and orthopaedics unit, a pioneering emergency assessment unit which is a trauma centre, a fully accredited Gynae-oncology unit, level 2 neonatal care, and nationally recognised expertise in radiotherapy, diabetes and ENT. The hospital also has particular strengths in research and education, with strong links to the Universities of Kent and Kings College.
Successful applicants will need to meet the following criteria:
- Full GMC Registration or in Process
- MBBS or equivalent (basic medical degree)
- Full MRCP or FRCP UK
Their Emergency Medicine Department is one of very few rated as outstanding by CQC and they are offering the following for the right doctor:
- Educational supervisor

The trust is located in an area has excellent rail connections to all the major cities in the UK and fantastic range of private and public schools. It is less than 20 minutes from Central London and has access to all the major cities.
This position is suitable for applicants with UK experience, however candidates with non-UK experience will also be considered. Applications from candidates who require Tier 2 visa sponsorship to work in the UK are welcome and will be considered alongside all other applications.
