We are seeing all shift types coming through to cover the full rota including Days, Evenings, Nights and Weekends.
We have ad-hoc shifts available at Grantham and District Hospital.
This is the perfect opportunity for a middle grade doctor who wants to pick up ad-hoc shifts in their spare time or even somebody who wants to create a rota with all the suitable shift. This allows full flexibility and perfect work-life balance.
