We are now recruiting for a surgeon who is taking an F3 year in August to cover a full time SHO T&O gap in West Yorkshire. The gap is part of the trauma and orthopaedics rota and is available due to a deanery gap.
The benefits of taking a longer-term locum at the start of your F3 year include:
- Additional experience in a speciality which you may want to pursue when you go back into training. This time gives you an extra opportunity to confirm this is the path for you without any doubt.
- Making invaluable connections within your field
- Competitive locum rates which can facilitate a house deposit, luxury purchase or going travelling in the second half of your F3 year.
If you are thinking about taking an F3 year in any speciality and would like to discuss your options or have any questions you can apply now or drop me an email on firstname.lastname@example.org. I have been working on the doctors team and helped doctors throughout their locum journey for the last 8 years, if you’d like to have a chat on the phone, you can reach me on 0203 949 8670.
